This policy explains how we process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process
- Data you send us by email or direct message: name, email address, the organisation you represent (theatre, festival, media…) and the content of your message.
- Technical data logged by the server when you visit the website (IP address, browser, date and requested page), needed for it to work securely.
The website has no forms, user accounts or online sales.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your enquiries and handling programming, booking, press or collaboration requests. Legal basis: your consent when you contact us (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps or the performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Keeping the website secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4. Retention
We keep your messages for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and, if a professional relationship begins, for its duration and the applicable legal periods. Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider for security reasons.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. We use service providers acting as data processors: the email service (Google Ireland Ltd., Gmail) and the website hosting provider .
Google may transfer data to the United States. Such transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to huvegrym@gmail.com with the subject “Data protection”.
If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under that age, do not send us personal data without the consent of your parents or guardians.
8. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or website changes. The date of the last review is shown at the top. See also the legal notice and the cookie policy.
